Our aim is to establish a corporation that supports the social and emotional wellbeing of Marella Mission Farm survivors and their descendants by restoring and strengthening cultural and relational continuity.
Recognising the mutually reinforcing cycle of generational harms and child removal produced through systemic intervention, we are committed to family strengthening, preservation, and restoration in the wake of the Stolen Generations.
Grounded in an understanding of the social, systemic, and structural determinants of Indigenous health, our work will support improved outcomes in health, education, housing, and employment.
Our long-term aspiration is a future where Marella Mob are culturally strong, connected, and thriving – where family unity is sacred, generational healing flourishes, and child removal is no longer a lived reality but a distant memory.
Marellamob Aboriginal Corporation (ICN: 11852) was approved by the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC) on 26 March 2026.

Marella Mission Farm Survivors' Healing Day in 2023 brought into focus the need to change the name of a local street because of its association with the Marella Mission Farm. After extensive lobbying, we were able to remove the Langford Smith name from a street adjoining the original Marella Mission Farm's location. It is now called Nimbus Close.
